How do I log into the Smart Life app?

You’ll receive a unique email and temporary password from Simpli Smart Living once your order is shipped. Just download the “Smart Life” app, log in, and your devices will appear pre-connected.

What if my devices aren’t showing up in the app?

Make sure you're logged in with the correct email. If you're still having issues, visit the Troubleshooting section for step-by-step help.

Do I need Alexa or Google Home to use the system?

No additional device is needed. If your bundle includes a smart screen, it already has Alexa built-in.

You can control your devices by voice immediately — just connect the screen to Wi-Fi and say “Alexa.”

Will my bundle work if my Wi-Fi goes down?

Some automations (like scenes triggered by buttons or sensors) will still work, but voice control and app control will require an internet connection.

How do I return a product or get a replacement?
