How it works
Do I need to pair devices myself?
No. Every device in your kit is pre-connected to the hub before shipping. When your hub is linked to Wi-Fi in the Smart Life app, all devices appear automatically.
How do I control my devices?
All devices are managed in the Smart Life app, available on iOS and Android. Once the hub is connected, you can control lights, plugs, sensors, and more directly from your phone or with Alexa.
Can I add more devices later?
Yes. You can add any Tuya or Smart Life compatible device at any time. Your hub and app will recognize them, so your system grows with your needs.
Orders and shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 business hours. Delivery typically takes 3 to 8 days depending on your location. Tracking details are provided by email once your package ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also use our online order tracker for real-time updates.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all accessories included. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
How do I start a return?
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Privacy
How is my personal information used?
Your details are used only for payment and shipping. We do not use your information to connect the hub or set up devices. We never sell or share your data.
Who controls my Smart Life account?
You do. You create your own Smart Life account directly in the app, and all device data stays private within the platform. We cannot access your login or daily routines.
Troubleshooting
Hub will not connect to Wi-Fi?
Ensure you are connecting to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, place the hub near your router during setup, and confirm your phone is on the same network. If needed, restart your router and hub, then retry.
Devices do not appear in the app?
Check that the hub is online in Smart Life. Refresh the device list, move the hub to a central location for better range, or restart the device. If it still doesn’t appear, re-add it in the app.
Voice assistant
Alexa cannot find devices?
Open the Alexa app, enable the Smart Life skill, and sign in with your Smart Life account. Tap “Discover Devices.” If a device is missing, rename it in Smart Life and run discovery again.
Voice commands not working?
Check that your hub and devices are online in Smart Life. Make sure Smart Life is linked to your voice assistant and device names are simple. Refresh the device list or restart the hub if needed.
Google Assistant setup?
Open Google Home, tap “+” → Works with Google → search “Smart Life.” Sign in, link your account, and your devices will appear in Google Home.
